Intake Assessments are the initial step to any service provided by Chrysalis Counseling Centers. Every intake assessment is provided by one of our licensed assessors to understand your needs and develop a treatment plan that supports you in accomplishing your personal goals.
Psychological Evaluations provide a more comprehensive assessment that involves psychological testing to gain more understanding of yourself and various treatment interventions that are available to support your treatment goals.
Psychiatric Evaluations are completed by our Board Certified Psychiatrist and designed to assess whether psychotropic medications can support your treatment.
